Whitworth’s computer science program took Community Building Day 2024 a step further by working on a weeklong service endeavor themed “Machines of the Mind”! Students worked in teams during class time throughout the week to complete a software project for Hewitt Learning, a nonprofit organization that supports homeschooling throughout the country. Students brainstormed, collaborated and organized a final 30-second pitch video that they presented. Job well done to our computer science students and faculty members!
