Whitworth Assistant Professor of Political Science Aaron Hitefield and two of his students, Dylan Richardson ’25 and Ziona Rose ’25, traveled to Baku, Azerbaijan, this month to attend the 29th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 29).
Hitefield, Richardson and Rose represented Whitworth as official observers and got front-row seats to see global environmental policymaking in action.
